St. Patrick's Day Command Change

NEW YORK-- U.S. Army Captain Dennis Tierney, right, passes the colors of the New York Army National Guard's Company A, 1st Battalion, 69th Infantry to his first sergeant, Sgt. 1st Class Jairo Aquino, following his assumption of command ceremony in New York City March 17, 2017. Tierney and his Soldiers conducted the ceremony following the unit activities for the Army's famous "Fighting 69th" as they led the New York City St. Patrick's Day Parade up 5th Avenue. The battalion, with its unique Irish heritage, has led the city parade for 166 years.
